THIRD NATURE has together with COWI, Arkitema,
Vista Analyse and Baltic Marine Consult GmbH won a big project regarding the future ferry terminal structure in Oslo, Norway.
The project will affect some of Oslo’s largest urban development areas, including the Port of Oslo and the seafront areas that have undergone major changes over time.
The port of Oslo has been through an enormous development for many years, where the biggest development feature is that the city has stretched closer to the sea. The task for the team will be to find an optimal balance between urban development and Oslo’s future port operations. The project will focus on the areas of Filipstad, Vippetangen and Kongshavn.
